Personal site of Sue Holt who is a poet and author. Sue uses words to her advantage to express her inner pain, despair and horror, whilst revealing the almost magical qualities to being manic depressive. Sue has a strong Christian faith that comes across in her writing. Sue is a highly creative and spiritual being who just so happens to also have a mental illness.
Sue has taken part in writing a book around “Spirituality and Mental Health”, and has had two books of her poetry published, “Poems of Survival” and “Depression Ate My Soul”.
